The site for this residence is at a farm located out of the city, so this residence is designed around natural landscapes. This house would be used as a holiday home for the client and his family as they live abroad.
The green natural context around the house directed the ceilings to be high with large up to ceiling windows to cater to the quality panoramic views, bring in maximum light and have ventilation. Verandas accessed through several doors and walk through windows all around the house were designed as a transition between the indoor and the outdoor which also helped better manage the sunlight and heat gain into the building. A simple palette is used to give the house a minimal look. The house was finished with Wood cladding’s that go well with the natural context of the house.
