E-17 HOUSE

The site was a typical 1 kanal plot in a CDA sector E-17. Client wanted a double unit house which could be used for multiple uses. As a residence, office and to cater allot of guests. Requirements were allot with a limited area. Something really modern was needed. The context had all types of houses but all were reflecting repetition of the typical houses made these days.

The plot faced the west so the harsh sun had to be controlled through some type of facade system. We introduced a louvered system which helped blocking the harsh west sun and opened up the views.
